This IRL glitch hasn’t been patched yet

It’s actually crazy how some people don’t do this...

This is a literal goldmine for most people. Not because it is super game changing.

No, then everyone would already be doing it.

The differences it can make are actually pretty small, but I guarantee that it is so underutilized that for most people it could be the thing they are missing in order to break a plateau.

For athletes, it can lower your race time, or increase your lifts. For scholars, it can lengthen your attention span, or increase your stress tolerance.

The glitch? It is yoga. Not just touching your toes, or stretching for a few minutes. I mean real yoga.

The yoga that forces you to breathe and relax through discomfort. The yoga that makes you question whether you want to be calm or scream in pain. The yoga that feels like you are drowning, sitting on an electrical chair, and having your limbs pulled from your body all at the same time.

Okay, okay I got a little ahead of myself there. It doesn’t have to be that harsh, but still it’s not supposed to be easy, especially when starting out. The more uncomfortable, typically the greater benefits.

Even doing yoga once a week can have huge benefits, but the more often the better. (bonus points if you do it in a sauna or hot room)

Not only can you increase your overall health, and athleticism, but also make yourself more injury proof with yoga.

It’s not like you need some crazy routine. Just go on YouTube and look up yoga for xyz based on what your goals are.  After trying a few different routines, you may develop your own routine made up of movements that feel really helpful to you.

All in all, yoga is extremely neglected, and could be an untapped gem for many of you, especially those of you who haven’t done any stretching since high school sports when they made you.

Stay Clutch,

Luke
